During the summer months why not have a barbecue to impress your clients, treat your staff or have a party with friends at home.Our menus below come complete with a barbecue but exclude other equipment hire, chef and waiting staff. Please refer to staff & Hire section or phone for a quote.

6 oz Aberdeen Angus beef burgers served with relish in sesame seed buns
Prime Cumberland sausages served long rolls with caramel onions
Chargrilled vegetables skewers in barbecue sauce (v)
Cracked wheat salad with finely chopped cucumber and tomatoes (v)
Potato salad with chopped chives and pinenuts (v)
Coleslaw tossed in a light dressing (v)
Fresh tossed salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olive and basil dressing (v)

Chicken breast in Provençal herbs served with a cherry vine tomato and basil vinaigrette
Pork fillet kebabs in honey and mustard
Griddled sweet potato and butternut squash (v)
New potatoes with pesto dressing (v)
Fresh leaf salad with feta and olives (v)
Italian breads and extra virgin olive oil

Fresh sliced tropical fruit platter and seasonal berries with vanilla mascarpone

King prawn on skewers with fresh pineapple marinated in oriental dressing
Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable kebabs drizzled with pesto sauce (v)
Chicken breast marinated in Provencal herbs served
with a raw tomato and basil vinaigrette
Large Lamb and apricot kofta kebabs served with raita sauce
New potato salad in a light dill dressing (v)
Fresh leaf salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, olives and dressing (v)

bowls of delicious salad nicoise and dressing

Fresh pasta with strips of spinach, roasted pine nuts and parmesan shavings (v)
