Here at Charlie’s we have a dedicated team of staff in event catering who with reliability and high standards bring with us that special touch.
Waitresses Minimum 6 hours charged @ £15.00 per hour
Chef Minimum 6 hours charged @ £20.00 per hour
These prices run until 10.30pm after this charges will be
£20 ph waitress & £30 ph Chef
All staff charges are subject to vat @ current rate
Event Catering Services - Terms and Conditions
Here at Charlie’s in addition to our catering we can offer all the equipment hire that you may need. This means that in house we can BEAT any like for like quote for catering equipment hire by 20%. So whatever your budget we will endevour to meet it. We also now stock chair covers.
All Equipment hire is subject to vat @ current rate
On confirmation of your catering booking we will require a 25% deposit and a valid Debit or Credit card to secure the booking. Please note that your booking is not secure until a deposit has been received and availablity changes daily.This deposit is non refundable as once your date is secured we cannot acomadate any other client,should you require to cancel we will deduct the amount if you re-book at a later date.The card securing your function will act as a deposit against any missing items or damages to the hire of equipment.
Please note that any equipment missing lost damaged or broken will be charged at the full replacement cost to the card securing the booking.
Any additional items of equipment that we may need will be added by us after visiting the venue to enable us to cater for your function.
Any item broken by your guests at your function will be charged at full replacement cost
Any item broken by our staff at Charlie’s we will pay for and make you aware of this after the function
Your final payment of 75% of your order and any changes to your order must be received seven days prior to your function, Please note that failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and the date being released.
Cancellation of confirmed and paid events must be notified one month prior due to the date being unavailable for others. Please note that also the 25% deposit will be non refundable.
